How about a truly meaningful gift for 2020?

How about something truly valuable for someone you love? (You know they don’t need another tie or box of candy.)

1. Who in your family could use a gift of relaxation, calm, deep muscle tension relief, and feel fantastic after the hectic holiday, especially this year?

You may wonder, “A massage now with the pandemic?

The American Massage Therapy Association, a nonprofit professional association that connects and advises massage therapists, has all sorts of information online about what studios and therapists should do to keep themselves and their clients safe. It advises therapists to wear a mask at all times, and studios to space out their appointments to allow for time to clean and to minimize contact in the waiting room, as well as follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, and more.

Rest assured that we follow all of the guidelines.

It’s also advised that you get a massage at a “small studio”, not a spa where there are countless people coming and going. We have a completely separate, small building used exclusively for our massage guests. Very few people enter the building.

I have been to spas all over the country and have never found therapists as good as ours.  We have gift certificates for one massage or packages.

2. Is a friend having trouble sleeping; a family member anxious or exhausted?

That is almost a funny question this year. Who isn’t experiencing more anxiety?

We have seen many patients with chronic sleep issues finally able to sleep deeply for a full 8 hours. Others have seen relief from anxiety, exhaustion, and depression. We sell pillows that adjust the neck to be in perfect alignment for a sound nights sleep.

We have gift packages available. (You could also get them a new sleeping pillow!)

3. There’s always room for a few more stocking stuffers! How about:

  • A travel pillow
  • An air low back support
  • A posture band for those that sit at a desk all day. It helps them stay aligned and prevents that “hunched” look, and they will feel a whole lot better.

Your loved ones will appreciate something that is different and helps them feel a little bit better (or a lot better.)

Ask any of us about these gift-giving options. We love to help you and your loved ones feel better this year. Every little bit helps.

Happy Holidays and stay well!
