flu-shot

“Should I get a flu shot?”

5 patients asked us that today.
Well any “health” care that is being dispensed at a gas station is immediately suspicious. So the brief answer is NO!!!!
Here are just some of the reasons.

There is emerging evidence that flu shots increase the risk for Alzheimers.

This is likely a result of combining mercury with aluminum and formaldehyde.

Other serious adverse reactions include:

  • joint inflammation
  • arthritis
  • allergic reactions including anaphylactic shock, Guillain-Barre syndrome and neuropsychiatric problems

If that isn’t reason enough to skip it, how about the fact that they just don’t work.

Numerous studies show the flu vaccine does not provide any benefit. A recent study in the British Medical Journal concludes the effectiveness has been greatly exaggerated and the shots have little or no effect on hospitalizations, time off work or death from the flu.

So what do we do instead?

We keep our immune systems strong by: getting adjusted, taking our supplements, exercising, getting to bed on time, washing our hands- just common sense and good advice anytime – “flu season” or not.
