In fall, nature experiences ripeness and maturity. A fall harvest is associated with abundance, prosperity and wealth.

Humans also experience an “autumn”. If spring represents new birth and childhood, and summer symbolizes youth, autumn represents adulthood and maturity.

With adulthood and maturity comes aging, and that can mean aches and pains.

We’re suggesting that your fall back in love with chiropractic care. Consider getting regular adjustments to keep your body in alignment. Regular chiropractic visits alleviate pain before it has a chance to start. It also has been proven to strengthen your immune system which is needed this time of year.

With that being said, here are the great words about autumn from Winnie the Pooh:

“It’s the first day of autumn! A time of hot chocolatey mornings, and toasty marshmallow evenings, and, best of all, leaping into leaves!”
~ Winnie the Pooh Pooh’s Grand Adventure
