Every day patients tell me what a wonderful staff we have. It’s true.
I get to work with the most wonderful, kind, fun and caring people on the planet. It makes coming to work joyful and rewarding. So many of you love our staff that I want to share some of their stories with you.
Lisa started with me in the original house in 1987.
Yes it was just the two of us back then.
All of you know Lisa to be our insurance queen but she has run the front desk, handled all the financial matters and taken all the x-rays for the first few years. Her kindness and patience are remarkable. Her favorite part of working at WOW is helping each patient regain their health and understand the importance of chiropractic care .
She lives in Westerville with her husband and various and assorted critters.
Carol is our office manager.
How I managed to run the practice before she joined us I will never know.
Her skills in organization combined with her compassion make her the perfect fit for our office. Carol’s favorite part of working at WOW is helping patients understand how profoundly WOW services can improve their life like it has created miracles in her life.
Carol and her husband live in Worthington and all three of her children went through Worthington schools so she knows everyone. Her oldest son is getting married this fall, her daughter is working in North Carolina and her youngest just accepted an internship with NASA. Carol’s husband works at Nationwide but is also our back-up computer expert.
Christy has been with us for several years.
She left us to work in a dental practice for a few months but missed us so much she has returned. We are so happy to have her back. Her beautiful smile and cheerful attitude is just what a scared new patient needs to see when they first walk in the door. Christy is not only great with patients but also is helping us with all our insurance issues. Her favorite part of working at WOW is her ability to help patients in every way; whether she is working you into our schedule, clearing up an insurance issue or taking perfect x-ray.
She lives in Arlington with her husband. They have three children. Two are in college and one still in high school.
Kara came to us last year from another chiropractic practice.
We have never had the good fortune to have someone so well trained and helpful. Kara has been an incredible asset with our new software which she had used before.
Kara’s favorite part of working at WOW is helping families understand the importance of chiropractic care for the whole family. Kara’s husband, daughter and parents are all WOW patients. Kara is also a wonderful photographer and takes many of our photos for the office.
She lives in Westerville with her husband and their beautiful baby girl.
Christina was a patient of WOW for most of her childhood.
After she went away to college, she would drop in for an adjustment and to catch up. Her stepmom is our wonderful massage therapist, Beth (small world).
When we were looking for a new employee she suggested Christina. Christina’s degree is in exercise physiology so she has been the perfect fit.
Her favorite part of working at WOW is seeing patients make dramatic improvements in their health with our services and care. She too lives in Westerville with her partner and several dogs.
Diane is back!
Diane also retired several years ago but missed the staff, the patients and the overall fun of WOW. We are thrilled she has returned. She will be at the front desk several days a week.
Diane’s favorite part of working at WOW is the interaction with our wonderful patients and making sure the office runs smoothly and stress free.
Diane lives in Lewis Center with her husband and awesome dogs, Buck and Sadie.
