I had the honor of being awarded the Worthington Chamber of Commerce, 2018 Business Person of the Year.
This was quite a surprise to me!
Of course, the recognition belongs not only to me but to Dr. Shannan and Dr. Harris, the other amazing chiropractors in our office.
I can’t forget our terrific staff: our wonderful office manager, Carol Grimm, Lisa (who has been with us for all 31 years), Christy who brightens everyone’s day, Diane who keeps us on track and our new staff Marissa and CC.
And for those of you who know my husband, Kevin, he is truly the glue that keeps us all running smoothly.
No one ever wins an award like this without also having the support of their patients and community.
We have new patients every day who tell us they came to us because we have so many awesome reviews online.
It is our fabulous patients and families who share their miracles and stories about dramatic ways their health and lives have improved with our services.
As I told the assembled group at the Worthington Chamber luncheon, it was a great year for a drug-free practice and a woman to win this award. With all the challenges our country is facing, both are a step in the right direction.
